Bayside Projects was born out of our passion for assisting businesses to succeed in the technology and education sectors. Our consulting team brings many years of combined expertise that we gladly place at the service of each of our clients.
Ms. Nunez has been in the private postsecondary education sector for more than fifteen years. She has developed curriculum and policies, and managed strategic planning, business development, licensing, compliance, and accreditation. In 2015 she incorporated Bayside Projects, and since then is fully dedicated to providing consulting services to US higher education institutions. Ms. Nunez worked under the leadership of a quality improvement expert member of the team to receive the first Deming Prize outside of Japan. At that time, she was introduced to the concepts and practices of quality and process improvement that currently incorporates as part of her consulting services. Prior to working in education, Ms. Nunez was part of a multi-national technology company where she managed the Latin American execution of marketing strategies, new products, programs, and services.

Mr. Marote has more than 20 years of experience in the public and private sectors in the areas of information technology, business processes, as well as information and communications technology (ICT). He accounts for extensive experience as an international information technology consultant for large organizations. Along with other consulting engagements, Mr. Marote has been a technology consultant since 2015 for the Inter-American Development Bank (IDB) and worked on projects under its commission in Uruguay, Argentina, Czech Republic, Slovakia, Ghana, Spain, the Philippines, the Dominican Republic, and Venezuela
Rosario Nunez
Mr. Costa Bagnuoli has 35 years of experience in the private and public sector's large-scale industrial engineering and telecommunication projects. His expertise in large account project management has been a constant in his career. His projects assisted organizations such as corporations, governments, and federal entities achieve optimum organizational performance, return on investment, and customer satisfaction. He also has extensive experience in the education, business development, and management fields. As part of Gartner’s Group, Mr. Bagnuoli was entrusted as a country manager for Uruguay and Paraguay market research for technology business intelligence in the corporate sector.
